2. Overview

This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising, embeds no third-party content (no embedded social media posts, no externally loaded fonts, no maps) and uses no tracking services.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website runs on a server of STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser identifier, referrer) in server log files. The purpose is to provide the website securely and reliably; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after [placeholder: e.g. 14] days. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

4. Cookieless visitor counting

We count page views anonymously on the server: only aggregated numbers per day and page are stored. No IP addresses, cookies or user profiles are stored. No conclusions about individual persons are possible.

5. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related requests, otherwise (f)). The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Links to Instagram

Our website contains plain links to our Instagram profile. Only when you click such a link are you forwarded to Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), where their privacy policy applies. Simply visiting our website transfers no data to Instagram.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). Please contact us at the address above.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
